If you get this question, it is among the trickiest questions you can face in an interview. While there are few good answers, there are many wrong answers to this question. While my post targets entry-level hires, the learning can also be applied to any other employee.
If you get this question, it is actually a positive sign. It means that you are ahead of the competition, and the interviewers are already thinking about how good you will be for the role. Furthermore, this question signifies that they are in a selection mindset. This scenario is exactly where you want to be. In a selection round, the interviewer is looking for reasons to select you. In addition, you will not be judged too harshly for your answers.
